Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Material Handler in Hebron, Kentucky to support safe, efficient warehouse operations. This role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits and a clear path for career growth within a leading logistics company.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will operate forklifts, perform loading/picking/packing, and work Monday–Friday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm in a clean, organized facility that serves nationwide distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Able to work within a diverse environment.
• Punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Follow performance guidelines of the contract.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, loading and unloading.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hours.
• Perform duties per contract and as assigned.
