Job summary

Atterro is seeking a Forklift Operator in Napoleon, OH. You will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations.

Inspect equipment, replenish inventory locations, and support shipping/receiving to ensure accurate movement and safe handling. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED, forklift training, and experience with RF scanners or WMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered equipment safely.
• Knowledge of inventory, shipping docs, and storage locations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, and stacking goods to assigned places.
• Locating and moving products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identifying damages and reporting shortages or quality deficiencies.
