What the Role Is

As a Forklift Operator, you'll transport inventory throughout our distribution center using various industrial lift equipment. You'll work closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure all material is moved efficiently, accurately, and safely. This role is ideal for someone experienced with multiple types of forklifts and comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment.

The schedule for this role is Friday to Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30 pm, at our Fulfillment Center in Lockbourne, OH.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 5+ years operating Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Forklift, Sit-Down Forklift
• Safety-Focused: Prioritize safety, follow procedures and protocols
• Reliable & Consistent: Dependable, punctual, and consistent in performance
• Adaptable: Comfortable with shifting priorities and different work zones
• Team-Oriented: Clear communication and supportive of teammates

How You Will Make an Impact

• Operate various forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count materials
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Support inbound and outbound operations with accurate material handling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment
• Perform equipment inspections and report issues
• Support other warehouse functions as needed
