Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Weekend Day Shift Forklift Operator in Hillsboro, OR. You will operate forklifts and order pickers to move products and materials, use a handheld scanner, and contribute to a clean, efficient warehouse environment.

You will load/unload trailers, support inbound receiving, and follow safety and quality guidelines while working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Trained and certified in safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and 75 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move product, equipment and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Display a commitment to process excellence.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.
