Job summary

Bosch Group in Oklahoma is seeking a team member to support facility cleanliness and waste management operations. You will assist with compactors, scrap metal areas, and yard maintenance while handling forklift operations and ensuring safety.

The role requires good organizational and communication skills, the ability to follow instructions from the EHS Manager, and a readiness to perform manual tasks and assist with spill cleanup when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must organize work, meet deadlines and work accurately.
• Must perform manual labor including lifting and bending.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to operate dock equipment, forklift and pallet jacks safely.
• Knowledge of sustainable waste management practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from EHS Manager and perform duties accordingly.
• Separate trash, cardboard and metals to appropriate bins and monitor compactors.
• Move material safely and conduct yard inspections to ensure cleanliness.
• Operate forklift and ensure safe handling of loads.
• Support spill response and general waste management tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in training.
