Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts or other powered industrial trucks for receiving, shipping, picking, moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting merchandise.
• Ensure the safe and efficient use of equipment.
• Assist with order selection and verification as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience preferred, including stand-up and pallet jack.
• Food warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Heavy lifting of 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to stand for over 6 hours.
• Ability to work in a freezer environment for up to 6 hours.
• Work in loud warehouse conditions with accurate vision.

Daily Tasks:

• Count and verify received and shipped freight.
• Identify and reconcile count variances, document discrepancies.
• Prepare reports for overages, shortages, and damages.
• Select cases by product type and lot number, assemble on pallets or carts.

What We Offer:

• Cold environment (0 to 36 degrees).
• Shifts: 1st Mon–Thurs 6a–4:30p, 2nd Mon–Thurs 6p–4:30a, or weekends Fri–Sun 7a–7:30p.
• Pay: $18.41 - $23.69/hr, based on experience and shift.

This position reports to the Lead Warehouse Team Member and Warehouse Supervisor, with no direct reports.
