Job summary

We Ship Express in Napa/American Canyon is seeking a Warehouse Associate II | Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse operations, operate forklifts, and ensure safe receipt, movement, and shipment of products.

This full-time role requires prior forklift experience, 2–5 years in a warehouse environment, and a team-focused, safety-conscious approach. You will contribute to inventory accuracy and quality standards while working Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift operating experience required.
• Two to five years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse shipping practices and procedures.
• Ability to lift, push, and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable with strong attendance and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to perform a variety of warehouse functions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Safety-conscious with adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, unload, and stage products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality.
• Receive and unload incoming products.
• Package, label, palletize, and prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and inventory counts.
• Verify shipping, receiving, and inventory records for accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement.
