Job summary

The transporter will operate a forklift to move, locate, and count merchandise, perform loading/unloading, order filling, and inventory control while maintaining GMP compliance and safe work practices.

Responsibilities include daily audits, ensuring accuracy of shipments, and supporting production on the floor.

• Experience using Excel and Word for basic reporting and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Daily food safety and GMP audits.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
• Perform order picking and transferring to shipments; ensure correct quantities.
• Load/unload and move product using forklift or other equipment.
• Maintain inventory records; assist in physical counts and stock rotation.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and security standards; support production as needed.
