Job summary

Atkore is seeking a Forklift Operator to be based out of Kokomo, IN. Reporting to Logistics Supervisor, this role loads/unloads trucks and moves material throughout warehouse and production areas, supporting lean initiatives and safety rules.

You will use JDE and RF scanners, maintain inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and help ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has at least one year of forklift or warehouse experience, a high school diploma, and a team-oriented work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year forklift, shipping or warehouse experience with verifiable proof.
• Basic understanding of JDE inventory system and RF scanning.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trucks and move material throughout warehouse and production areas.
• Operate forklift safely and adhere to Atkore safety rules.
• Support warehouse organization, cycle counts and transfers.
• Assist with lean initiatives and 5S requirements.
• Audit and load/unload shipping orders, ensure quality packaging.
