Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Replenishment Associate

Location: Fort Worth, Texas (100% Onsite) Type: Temp to Hire Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Replenishment Associate to join our client'steam in Fort Worth. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the accurate, timely, and safe handling of our inventory.

This position primarily involves operating a forklift to receive, stock, and replenish products for order fulfillment within a fast-paced, small-scale parcel fulfillment environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar setting and be comfortable spending a significant portion of their time (approximately 80%) operating forklift equipment. You should also be a team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to assist with various warehouse tasks as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, stock, and replenish inventory accurately and efficiently using a forklift to prepare for order fulfillment.
  • Load and unload incoming/outgoing products utilizing a forklift. May also involve occasional lifting and carrying of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Verify receiving and shipping documents to ensure accurate product counts and report any discrepancies.
  • Operate packaging and material movement equipment, including forklifts (reaching heights up to 30 feet) and shrink wrap machines.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Effectively communicate with team members throughout the order fulfillment process to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work overtime as needed to meet operational demands.
  • Utilize product knowledge to correctly fulfill orders and escalate any issues or discrepancies appropriately.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to achieve established goals and maintain productivity.
  • Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned to support overall operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently at heights of up to 30 feet.
  • Experience verifying receiving and shipping documents.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn andadapt to different tasks and responsibilities.
