Job summary

Revelyst is seeking a warehouse associate to ensure accurate inbound and outbound shipments with minimal damage, processing orders promptly in a fast-paced warehouse. The role requires operating forklift and related equipment, loading/unloading, inventory control, and safety compliance.

Candidate should have 1–2 years of related experience, forklift certification, and strong attention to detail. The position offers full-time hours with possible overtime at our Stockton facility.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience and/or education.
• Forklift certifiable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and instruct others in forklift and related warehouse vehicles.
• Determine loading/unloading sequence for space and safety.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment daily.
• Perform product location lookups and inquiries.
• Receive, stock, unload, and load inbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory controls and stock locations.
• Operate pallets and hand tools safely.
• Identify obvious damage to equipment and materials.
• Stock, rotate, and arrange warehouse items per SOP.
• Prepare orders with correct products and quantities.
• Pack and weigh orders when required.
• Match invoices to shipping labels.
• Stage material for shipment and proper location.
• Operate voice-directed picking equipment and headset.
