Job summary

Eliason Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker with proven forklift experience. This on-site role covers receiving, material movement, production support and shipping, with core hours 8:00 a.m.

– 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. You will read and interpret work orders, safely operate warehouse equipment, maintain a clean 5S workspace, assist with inventory accuracy, and coordinate with purchasing to ensure material availability.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience required; specify equipment operated.
• 4+ years of manufacturing/warehouse experience.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Experience reading work orders and shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and products.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, lift truck, 2-wheeler).
• Store, move, pick, and stage materials to support production and customer shipments.
• Read and interpret work orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace (including 5S activities).
• Support material flow through production, including basic assembly and component handling as needed.
• Perform material transactions, support inventory accuracy (cycle counts, physical inventory), and communicate stock needs.
• Coordinate with purchasing and supply chain to maintain material availability.
• Move materials on scheduled intervals to designated areas.
• Cross-train across warehouse and production functions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
