Responsibilities

• Complete trailer inspection reports per plant sanitation standards.
• Operate PIT equipment safely and inspect equipment daily.
• Fill out load sheets accurately using barcode scanners and pull correct product.
• Verify product labels before loading and ensure correct case counts.
• Stack cases per trailer configuration and document bay locations.
• Notify supervisor of damaged cases and assist in warehouse organization.
