Job summary

A3 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move goods in Sparks, NV. You will handle loading and unloading from trucks, rail cars, and containers, and perform pick-and-pack duties for shipping.

Use RF scanners or WMS to track inventory and ensure accurate records. Daily tasks include inspecting equipment before shifts, reporting any issues, and maintaining safe work practices to prevent hazards.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely drive and maneuver sit-down or stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to transport goods.
• Loading & Unloading: Move raw materials or finished products from delivery trucks, rail cars, or shipping containers to designated storage areas.
• Inventory Control: Scan, track, and log inventory movements using RF scanners (radio frequency readers) or warehouse management software.
• Order Picking: Retrieve specific items from storage racks and secure them (e.g., shrink-wrapping) to prepare them for shipping.
• Safety & Maintenance: Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure brakes, fluid levels, and forks work properly. Immediately report mechanical issues or safety hazards.
