Versova is seeking a Forklift Driver to efficiently manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods in a warehouse environment in Colorado. The role requires operating forklifts, maintaining accurate inventory, and adhering to safety protocols.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years of general work experience, and the ability to pass a forklift test. Overtime and weekend hours may be required based on production demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of general work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a forklift driving test.
• Ability to read, understand, and speak simple sentences and follow directions.
• Effective communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic math skills including operations with two-digit numbers, money, weight, volume and distance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify finished goods against orders.
• Move goods to storage and organize with forklifts.
• Pick finished goods and complete transactions via RF scanner or pick sheet.
• Build and label pallets for delivery.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and assist cycle counting.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
