Base pay range

$18.50/hr

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous forklift certification for Reach, Dock Stalker, or Sit-down forklift.
• RF scanner experience.
• Excellent math and reading comprehension skills; legible writing.
• Minimum two years of warehouse experience, including one year of stand-up forklift experience.
• Physical capability to perform tasks, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs; team lift for heavier items.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Team player with effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Work environment typically includes adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature and noise levels.

Responsibilities:

• Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform warehouse functions like shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with policies.
• Use RF equipment for processing inbound, outbound, and internal orders accurately.
• Ensure transaction accuracy in items and quantities.
• Conduct cycle counts and quality inspections for inventory accuracy.
• Support other departments through cross-training.
• Optimize inventory and warehouse space through consolidation.
• Maintain 5S standards.
• Meet productivity and quality goals.
• Inspect outbound freight, ensure correctness, and handle damages with approval.
• Palletize and load shipments securely.
• Inspect inbound freight, document, and report damages.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report repairs.
• Conduct C-TPAT compliance inspections for international shipments.
• Ensure warehouse security per policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
