Job summary

Buffalo Rock is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate a forklift and support daily warehouse functions in Alabama. The role involves loading/unloading, stocking, and maintaining stock rotation to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include verifying shipments, adhering to safety policies, battery maintenance, and assisting with general house-keeping. This is a full-time on-site position requiring physical effort and a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to load and unload trucks by hand or forklift.
• Must rotate stock based on date coding and ensure accurate loading.
• Must verify loads against BOLs and maintain safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using forklift or by hand.
• Move product to maintain proper rotation and stock levels.
• Validate BOLs and report discrepancies to Inventory Coordinator.
• Maintain and swap out batteries or propane tanks for equipment.
• Restock and organize product in pick areas and warehouses.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Perform housekeeping and assist in other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
