Kubota Tractor Corporation seeks an Equipment Operator to assist with shipping, receiving and put-away tasks in our warehouse/distribution centers. The role focuses on operating forklifts, reach trucks and order pickers, with emphasis on safety and efficient material handling.

The position requires OSHA forklift certification, willingness to work various shifts, and the ability to read and follow instructions. Candidates should have basic computer skills and strong safety awareness.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to work any shifts (days/nights, weekends).
• Certified to operate forklift, reach truck and order picker per OSHA standards.
• Good language/reading skills; basic computer skills.
• High attention to prevent injuries and promote safety.
• Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records.
• Ability to execute assignments accurately and safely.
• May be required to use RF scanner.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain shipping/put-away orders and move material within the facility.
• Move goods on pallets/crates to storage bays.
• Load/unload shipments using forklifts or related equipment.
• Stack goods in correct storage bays per inventory control instructions.
• Verify trucks are loaded properly and materials are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks (recharge battery, lubricate).
• Remove attachments and waste material; inspect products for quality conformance.
• Assist with warehouse maintenance and other duties as assigned.
