We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver to join our vibrant operations team in keeping the SeneGence magic moving!

Role Overview:

This hands‑on role supports the heartbeat of our warehouse operations while occasionally hitting the road to deliver excellence. You’ll play a key part in receiving, organizing, and fulfilling orders so our groundbreaking anti‑aging skincare and smudge‑proof makeup reach Distributors efficiently. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, love staying organized, and take pride in safety and teamwork, this could be your perfect opportunity to contribute to something beautiful.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform general warehouse tasks including receiving incoming shipments, inventory control, and accurate order fulfillment — helping get our best‑selling products out the door.
  • Keep our warehouse spaces beautifully organized and efficiently maintained so everything runs smoothly.
  • Safely operate forklift equipment and other warehouse tools with confidence and care.
  • Champion safety by strictly following company protocols and OSHA guidelines — because a safe team is a strong team.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and positive warehouse environment that reflects the high standards of SeneGence.
  • Support seamless order picking, packing, and shipping so every package arrives with the same quality our products are known for.
  • Assist with periodic inventory counts and reconciliations to keep our systems accurate and reliable.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to fulfill customer and Distributor orders accurately and on time.
  • Occasionally provide driving support for intra‑company pick‑ups and deliveries — safely transporting goods while representing SeneGence with professionalism.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation with attention to detail.
  • Jump in on other duties as needed to support the business and our growing global family.
Qualifications Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Forklift certification (current and valid) and a minimum of 3+ years of hands‑on experience operating a forklift for most of the workday. This is an essential function of the position.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, supply chain or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and handle physical tasks comfortably.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with inventory.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a busy setting.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory systems and documentation.
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends when needed.
  • True team player with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.Consistent and reliable attendance — we count on each other!
Qualifications Desired (What Will Make You Shine):
  • Previous experience in receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
  • Knowledge of basic warehouse operations and shipping/receiving procedures.
  • Experience operating warehouse machinery and equipment.
  • Comfort with inventory management systems or software.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
Certificates / Licenses Required:
  • Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record (ability to safely operate a company box truck for regular deliveries is an essential function of this position).
Physical Demands:

This is a safety‑sensitive position. You must be able to maintain a constant state of alertness and work safely at all times.

The role involves regular standing, walking, sitting, using hands to handle materials (including tape dispensing guns), reaching, talking, and hearing. You’ll need good color vision, close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Frequent reaching, pushing cartons, stooping, and kneeling are required. Occasionally you may need to crawl or access low shelves.

You must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 45 lbs, and occasionally handle heavier tasks such as:

  • Frequent moving pallets (up to 35 lbs) short distances.
