Ryder is immediately hiring Permanent Full-Time Material Handlers in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $21.50 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $32.25 per hour
• Additional hourly pay: $2.00 shift differential for second shift
• Schedule: Night Shift E Shift Sunday-Thursday 10:00 pm - 6:30 am; Overtime as needed

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator's license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and create professional relationships at all levels
• Dependable, punctual, and with good attendance
• Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision and high initiative
• Accurate, even under pressure
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Work safely following health and safety methods
• Flexible schedule for various shifts
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines
• Accurate picking, packing, auditing, staging, and loading/unloading trucks
• Handle warehouse paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading
• Support technical and maintenance tasks for automated packing systems during core shift hours
• Perform other duties as assigned
