Updike Distribution Logistics, LLC is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Candidates must have hands-on experience operating sit-down forklifts, single/double pallet forklifts, and reach trucks, with 2–3 years of forklift experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, at our Redlands, CA warehouse.

• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.
