Job summary

Xpress Hire LLC in Fontana, CA, is seeking forklift operators to safely operate forklifts and support order fulfillment, loading and unloading as needed.

You will work with pallet jacks and other heavy equipment, perform heavy lifting, and assist with inventory control using the Warehouse Management System. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Recent operator experience within the past 6 months.

• Prior experience in order fulfillment and warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other heavy equipment safely.
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly.

Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift and may also be required to perform order filler or unloading/loading duties in addition to his or her own.

• Cherry Picker.
• EPJ.
• Standup reach.
• Turret.
• Sit down.
