Job summary

Sabert Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to shift goods within the warehouse and at loading docks. The role includes loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety compliance throughout daily operations.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator experience and ability to pass Sabert’s forklift operator test.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations.
• Ability to read directives from warehouse management systems.
• Ability to communicate inventory, stock picking, and safety issues to management and shipping office.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Must partake in training for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Check lifts prior to usage for safety and readiness.
• Load and unload route delivery trucks accurately and on time.
• Load and unload tractor-trailer trucks as required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Store and handle products properly to preserve integrity.
• Maintain accurate inventories and perform scans.
• Operate forklift safely and document activities.
• Keep products and facility secure and assets accounted for.
• Pick and put away items from production and warehouse.
