Job summary

Pittsburgh Paints Company in Louisville, KY is seeking a Forklift Operator Tier III to manage the movement of finished goods and materials within the warehouse and plant floor. You will operate forklifts, use RF scanners, and follow SAP processes to ensure accurate inventory and smooth material flow.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally, climbing ladders, and adhering to safety procedures. Overtime may be required; a sign-on bonus of $1,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age; High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous material handling or forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn SAP systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 80 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 20-25 feet.
• Ability to wear required PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Forklift Operator Tier III in Louisville, KY

Shift: 2nd shift, Monday-Thursday, 10:00 AM- 8:45 PM. Overtime will be required occasionally for this role.

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Forklift Operator Tier III responsible for receiving, shipping, and handling raw materials, packaging, and finished goods as they enter or leave the facility, including transfers within the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Move finished goods from production line to shipping or warehouse storage

• Load/unload trucks and support production material flow
• Operate forklifts, swing reach equipment, and automated packaging equipment
• Inspect product for defects and ensure quality standards
