Ryder System, Inc. in Inwood, West Virginia is seeking Temp-To-Perm Material Handlers to join our warehouse team. The role offers weekly pay, a 7:00 AM–7:00 PM rotating schedule, and opportunities to advance within a clean and safe facility.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and forklift certification. The job includes operating sit-down and high-reach forklifts and performing varied warehouse duties across the distribution network in the United States.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to be a team player in a diverse environment.
• Punctual with good attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for the automated packing system during shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
