Position: Forklift Operator (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available)

Responsibilities

• Operate a standup counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently under supervision.
• Coordinate with shipping/receiving staff and truck drivers for loading and unloading products.
• Inspect trailers and equipment before operations for safety and proper functioning.
• Load and unload trailers accurately, paying attention to details like order numbers and quantities.
• Assist in warehouse organization and maintaining cleanliness.
• Use radio frequency equipment and computer software for shipment coordination.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Support safety, food quality, and sanitation initiatives.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant experience.
• Previous forklift experience required; stand-up forklift experience preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
