Techo-Bloc is seeking a dedicated yard associate to safely operate a sit-down forklift, load and unload products, and keep equipment in good working order. This role emphasizes hands-on work, reliability, and teamwork in an outdoor industrial setting.

The successful candidate will have forklift experience, excellent communication, and a safety‑minded approach, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. High school diploma preferred and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sit-down forklift experience (required).
• An Excellent Communicator; actively reports on issues and progress.
• Ability to work safely in an outdoor industrial environment.
• Safety‑Focused; Operates equipment according to safety standards.
• Time Management; comfortable with time‑driven deadlines and goals.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift to load and unload products from commercial vehicles and put away finished goods.
• Receive and physically inspect products to ensure quality standards.
• Bring consumables to the production areas as needed
• Always maintain equipment in an operating function and cleaned at the end of each shift.
• Partners with the yard supervisor to handle discrepancies, malfunctions, and potential issues.
• Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
• Collaboratively works with team to take on additional duties as needed
