adidas distribution center in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Forklift Operator to move product with speed and precision. You will operate stand-up single and double walkie units, use RF scanners and WMS to track inventory in real time.

Shifts available Day (Mon-Thu, 7:00am–5:30pm) and Night (Mon-Thu, 6:00pm–4:30am). Pay is $22.00/hr with a $0.75 differential for night and weekend shifts. adidas offers 401(k) matching, holiday pay, and a 50% discount on adidas.com.

Forklift Operator (Stand-Up Single/Double Walkie) All Shifts Available!

This role is all about momentum. You’ll safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and other equipment to keep product moving across the distribution center—making sure every order is processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Shifts Available:

Day (P) Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5:30pm

Night (Q) Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00pm - 4:30am

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr

+$.75 shift differential for Night (Q) and Weekend (R) Shifts

What You’ll Do:

Take control of powered equipment to pick, move, and place product with speed and precision

Use warehouse systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track and process inventory in real time

Spot issues early and communicate exceptions to leadership

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) with consistency and focus

Own your work—accurately track production and complete required documentation

Step up when needed with overtime support

Stay flexible—learn multiple areas and adapt to where the team needs you most

Keep your environment clean, organized, and safe

Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Key Relationships:

What You Bring:

Ability to obtain adidas certification to operate powered equipment, including stand-up single and double walkie units, as well as equipment such as order pickers, turret trucks, reach trucks, powered pallet jacks, and sit-down forklifts.

Experience operating stand up, single/double walkie forklifts (6+ months)

Comfort working with RF scanners and warehouse systems

Solid math and communication skills

Ability to read, write, and understand English

Physical Requirements:

Stay active—standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment for up to 12 hours

Work at heights up to 40 feet with confidence and safety

Lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds

Operate in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Maintain reliable attendance and show up ready to perform

Move with control—bending, climbing, balancing, and handling equipment as needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

Ability to read, write, and understand English

Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and across different functional areas
