Job Opportunity: Stand Up Forklift Operator

To qualify, you should have a great attendance record and enjoy working in fast-paced environments. The next step will be an online interview scheduled with you as soon as possible.

Job Summary:

1. Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment (MHE) including sit-down, reach truck, cherry picker, layer pick, etc.
2. Load inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
3. Accurately pull orders based on location, part number, batch, and quantity.
4. Placard, weigh, and record dimensions on appropriate paperwork.
5. Sort outbound freight based on carrier lane assignments.
6. Over-box pallets, wrap pallets, and strap pallets in preparation for shipment.
7. Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of the dock.
8. Keep shipping supplies organized and communicate supply needs.
9. Complete daily forklift inspection sheets prior to operation.
10. Perform other duties or tasks as assigned.
