Position Details

We are seeking Stand-Up Forklift Operators for 2nd shift (6pm - 2:30am). Starting pay up to $18 per hour depending on experience.

Please attend our Job Fair on Tuesday, 2/25/25, from 2pm - 4pm at American Metals Supply, 10840 Crossroads Commerce Blvd, Tampa, FL 33610.

Responsibilities

• Move building materials using a multi-directional reach forklift.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Pull designated materials accurately from assigned locations.
• Pull and package orders for loading.
• Properly load and strap loads securely for next-day delivery.
• Verify order accuracy and shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Experience with stand-up forklifts preferred.
• Prior warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
• High attention to detail is required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Additional Details

2nd shift: 6:00pm - 2:30am, Monday - Friday, with overtime as needed. Compensation: $17-$18 per hour.
