Job summary

National Beef is hiring a forklift operator in Moultrie, Georgia for an on-site role in a meat processing environment. You will drive a forklift, rotate stock, and follow strict safety and food-safety procedures to keep operations efficient.

Applicants should be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to work 12-hour shifts. Prior forklift experience is preferred; training and benefits are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous meat industry experience preferred but not required.
• Previous forklift experience preferred; if present, must have a safe forklift operation history.
• Must be available to work 12-hour shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift in a meat processing environment while maintaining safety.
• Store products overhead safely and rotate them daily as required.
• Follow all loading procedures and ensure proper pallet handling.
• Adhere to lockout/tagout sheets and daily safety checks.
• Wear all required PPE and follow SOPs; participate in forklift certification activities.
• Assist in other areas as needed and maintain food safety compliance.
