The Forklift Operator will be responsible for driving a forklift, bringing cores to the machines, and supporting day-to-day production activities.

This is a 1st Shift Position.

What You'll Do:

• Operate power forklift to transport materials, distribute and organize castings, patterns, cores, etc., in assigned areas.
• Examine gauges to ensure proper operation of the forklift.
• Report any forklift issues to the supervisor.
• Perform daily forklift condition checks using check sheets and report to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper packing of products into shipping containers.
• Complete inventory tickets and routing forms as required.
• Input data into inventory database as necessary.
• Use downtime for housekeeping or area improvements.
