Job summary

Randstad USA in West Columbia, SC is seeking experienced Sit Down Forklift Operators and High-Rack Inventory Specialists to move pallets with precision, perform just-in-time replenishment, and log movements using RF scanning.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level rack work, accurately placing and retrieving palletized goods from multiple rack levels, requiring confident use of the forklift's full lifting capacity.
• Execute just-in-time replenishment of inventory to picking lanes to ensure zero downtime for order fulfillment teams.
• Utilize RF scanning technology in conjunction with forklift operation to electronically verify and log the movement and storage locations of all pallets.
• Safely stage outbound shipments and manage inbound receiving loads, ensuring efficient use of dock space.
• Operate at required production speeds while strictly maintaining control and adhering to load capacity and stability guidelines.
