Job summary

Randstad USA in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking experienced Sit Down Forklift Operators / High-Rack Inventory Specialists to move palletized goods and manage rack operations. You will work with RF scanning, load stability, and production speeds to support on-time order fulfillment.

This 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, passing a PIT test, wearing appropriate dress code, and contributing to a safe, efficient dock and warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level rack work, accurately placing and retrieving palletized goods from multiple rack levels while using the forklift at full lifting capacity.
• Execute just-in-time replenishment of inventory to picking lanes to ensure zero downtime for order fulfillment teams.
• Utilize RF scanning technology with forklift operation to verify and log movement and storage locations of pallets.
• Safely stage outbound shipments and manage inbound receiving loads, ensuring efficient dock space use.
• Operate at production speeds while maintaining control and adhering to load capacity and stability guidelines.
