Job summary

Kelly in Preston, WA is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator (sit-down) to safely move materials and support production operations. This full-time, temporary-to-hire role offers $22.00 per hour and a 3:00 AM–3:00 PM schedule with potential for permanent placement for high-performing employees.

You'll load/unload trucks, move stock between warehouses and production lines, and complete daily equipment inspections while adhering to safety procedures. Prior sit-down forklift experience is required.

• At least 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable working a 3:00 AM–3:00 PM shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable attendance record.

This is an immediate opening to help support production operations, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
