Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator – Sit-Down to move materials throughout the warehouse and loading dock areas. You will load, unload, and transport goods while ensuring safety and efficiency in daily logistics operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience operating sit-down forklifts
• Ability to obtain powered industrial equipment certification
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred
• Strong attention to safety and detail in fast-paced warehouses
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening

Position Summary:

Requirements

Work Environment:

• Warehouse and dock environment with frequent forklift traffic
• Prolonged periods of sitting while operating equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Exposure to outdoor elements at loading docks and varying temperatures
• Required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
