Job summary

Clow Stamping Company is seeking a forklift operator to support our shipping team on a safety‑conscious, fast‑paced warehouse floor. You will move finished goods, stage pallets, and load trucks to ensure on‑time shipments.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of forklift experience, proficiency with tablets and scanners, and the ability to work independently in a temperature‑controlled facility with PPE and safety guidelines in place.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required (6+ months).
• Operate forklift safely following company guidelines.
• Use tablets, scanners, and computer systems for data entry/work assignments.
• Familiar with pallets, containers, and shipping materials.

Responsibilities

• Move finished product throughout the warehouse.

Job description

As a Forklift Operator on our shipping team, you'll be the backbone of our warehouse floor — keeping materials flowing, trucks loaded, and shipments out the door on time.

Shifts Available

• Shift 13: 4:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Thursday

Starting Rate of Pay

• $19.80 per hour base rate. Candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for base pay up to $20.80 per hour

Day-to-day looks like

• Move finished product throughout the warehouse
• Put product away and pull it from racking
• Stage pallets for outgoing shipments
• Load trucks when they arrive

Equipment You'll Use

• Narrow aisle forklift for racking and pulling product
• Stand-up forklift for moving product across the floor
• Sit-down forklift for staging and loading trucks quantities prior to shipment

Requirements

• 6 + months of forklift experience required
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently, following all company safety guidelines
• Ability to use tablets, scanners, and computer systems for data entry and work assignments
• Familiarity with pallets, containers, and shipping materials used in warehouse operations
• Basic math skills for calculating weights, dimensions, and load placement
• Ability to work independently and make decisions regarding workflow priorities
• Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a forklift
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move containers weighing up to 65 lbs
  • Frequent handling of materials, pallets, and shipping containers
  • Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes
