3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a Forklift Operator for a second shift (2pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday) in Saint Joseph, MO. The role entails loading/unloading at production lines, staging materials, and shipping finished goods to customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Must be able to wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• As a Forklift Operator you will load and unload materials at the lines and stage each production line with the proper materials.
• Verify quantities received and perform incoming inspections.
• Load finished products on trucks that are ready to be shipped to customers.
• Move finished products, raw materials, and parts to different locations in the plant.
• Perform daily production cycle counts.

Job Responsibilities

As a Forklift Operator you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials at the lines, staging each production line with the proper materials, verifying quantities received and performing incoming inspections, loading finished products on trucks that are ready to be shipped to customers, and moving finished products, raw materials, and parts to different locations in the plant.
