Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Forklift Operator – Shipping & Receiving for a leading warehouse in Fargo, ND. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, load and unload trucks, and ensure accurate receiving and labeling.

This role offers a stable schedule Mon-Fri 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with hourly pay of $20, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow. A high school diploma and forklift certification are preferred, with 1+ year warehouse experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Careful, organized, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Check and receive shipments accurately.
• Prepare shipments, label, and complete paperwork.
• Move products and assist with inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Identify and report any damages.
