Job summary

CT Polymers, LLC. is seeking a hands-on forklift dock worker to sort, load, and unload freight on a swing shift in Bourbon, Indiana. The role requires physical stamina and reliable, on-your-feet performance.

You will operate forklifts on a fast-paced dock, assist receiving and shipping, stack and label loads, and may train on additional operating machines as needed. This full-time position offers benefits and onsite work.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience: 2 years (Required).
• Forklift experience: 2 years (Required).
• Forklift Certification is required.
• Able to repeatedly lift 40-50 lbs.
• Agility and stamina for a fast-paced, on-your-feet environment.
• Willing to work overtime and some weekends when needed.

• Sort, load, and unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Assist with receiving and shipping activities
• Stack, wrap, and label warehouse loads accurately
• Train on additional operating machines as needed
