Job summary

FieldCore in Goodyear, AZ is hiring a Tooling Receiver I to accurately ship and receive materials, document shipments, and support safety protocols on site. You will process BOLs, coordinate with managers, and ensure timely updates to tooling systems.

The role requires 1–2 years in shipping/receiving, forklift operation, basic Excel skills, and strong teamwork. Overtime and travel may be required; a high school diploma is required and forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience with large tools kits
• 1-2 years of experience with shipping and receiving
• Moderate computer knowledge (OS, memory, USB drives)
• Inserting hyperlinks/tables in word processing
• Microsoft Excel: sorting, filters, different views
• Forklift certification
• Operate large forklift up to 40,000 pounds
• Strong team player and flexible to changing priorities
• Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• English Proficiency Required

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping of warehouse to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines
• Adhere to safety requirements when operating and maintaining heavy equipment at facility
• Verify visitors/drivers have proper PPE on shop floor
• Prepare tooling shipments based on Bill of Lading and tooling systems
• Review BOLs for accuracy of shipment and delivery
• Receive BOLs from shipments and document in tooling systems
• Safely offload tooling and materials from visitors/drivers
• Coordinate with management to stage kits for inspection and move kits/Conex boxes
• Communicate with logistics suppliers to verify shipments
• Utilize tooling systems to reflect kit status and data
• Prepare standalone extras for shipment
• QA/QC kits before shipment
• Organize and clear materials from forklift path and other areas
• Label and load all Express shipments
• Follow maintenance protocol to ensure compliance
• Complete required annual safety training
• Manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required
• Travel may be required
