Advance Services Inc. in Gilroy, CA is hiring a reliable Forklift Operator to support shipping and receiving operations. This role includes operating a forklift, scanning shipping paperwork, and helping ensure accurate shipment processing.

Schedule is 7AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, with pay at $22 per hour. Safety rules apply; must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift; weekly pay and health benefits are offered by Advance Services.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required (certification a plus; training/verification may be provided).
• Able to lift up to ~50 lbs (adjust if needed) and be on your feet for most of the shift.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move pallets/products safely throughout the warehouse.
• Scan and process shipping/receiving paperwork (BOLs, labels, packing slips).
• Stage outbound shipments and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Verify counts, match paperwork to product, and report discrepancies.
• Keep work areas clean and follow warehouse safety procedures.
• Follow supervisor instructions and meet daily productivity goals.
