Job summary

STARK in Calhoun, GA is hiring a Shipping LTO- 1st Shift to support loading, unloading, labeling, and record-keeping for shipments in a warehouse environment. A strong emphasis on accuracy, deadlines, and safe handling of goods will guide daily tasks.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Forklift operation is required and prior forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong time management, organizational and priority-setting skills.
• Ability to stay composed with competing priorities and manage multiple tasks to completion.
• Forklift operation experience preferred or required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all shipments have proper labels and are packaged correctly.
• Keep accurate shipping records.
• Transfer goods between warehouses.
• Interact with outside companies.
• Prepare detailed packing lists and Bills of Lading for shipments.
• Must be able to drive a lift truck (Forklift & Pole).
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
