Job summary

Standlee Premium Western Forage is seeking a Shipping Specialist to operate a forklift, unload and stage merchandise, and ensure accurate, damage‑free shipments in a fast‑paced plant environment.

You will perform daily forklift operations, maintain records, and uphold safety standards. A high school diploma is required; RF equipment experience or forklift/loader operation experience is preferred. This is a full‑time on‑site role in Lexington, KY.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RF equipment, forklift, and loader operator experience preferred.
• Must follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage; report variances.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment; perform picking accurately.
• Move product from staging to rail cars or trailers.
• Load/unload/stack using forklift or power equipment; perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Keep records for tight inventory control and security.
• Maintain a clean, neat work area; assist in warehouse security and safety compliance.
