Pay: $22.48 per hour

Location: North Brookfield, MA

Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm

This position operates on a seasonal schedule and includes an annual furlough period from November to March 1st.

We currently have an opening for forklift driver for our distribution depot in North Brookfield, MA ** . ** Ideal candidates will have previous experience in distribution or transportation, be able to work independently, enjoy customer service and have high attention to detail.

Position:
Forklift Operator will work in collaboration with other forklift operators, truck drivers, and general laborers in order to achieve performance goals. This individual will work in a team to load and unload vehicles, while safely utilizing forklifts to complete tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Safely operate forklift to load and unload products from commercial vehicles and put away finished goods.
• Receive and physically inspect products to ensure quality standards.
• Bring consumables to the production areas as needed
• Always maintain equipment in an operating function and cleaned at the end of each shift.
• Partners with the yard supervisor to handle discrepancies, malfunctions, and potential issues.
• Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
• Collaboratively works with team to take on additional duties as needed
