You will operate forklifts safely, verify loads, and maintain OSHA safety procedures. The position requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift, move and position material safely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts in and out of the warehouse safely and effectively.
• Load, unload, transport and position materials, pallets and products.
• Verify loads are properly balanced, secured, and within the forklifts rated capacity.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Stack and store wood materials safely in designated areas.
• Communicate with staff, supervisors, drivers and other personnel as needed.
