Job summary

Edsal Manufacturing Co. LLC is seeking a dedicated forklift operator to support our warehouse and production environment in Gary, Indiana. You will move materials, load and unload trucks, and help maintain organized storage and shipping areas.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings, a focus on safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team. Certification is preferred or you can obtain it after hire.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Forklift certification preferred or the ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move raw materials, finished products, and supplies safely throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently, securing materials and documenting as required.
• Transport materials to production lines, storage areas, and shipping/receiving docks.
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including staging and keeping a clean work area.
