CEVA Supply Chain in Richmond, VA is hiring a Forklift Operator I to safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks for receiving, storage, and order fulfillment. You will ensure product safety, quality, and accuracy while maintaining inventory integrity and complying with OSHA rules.

The role emphasizes quick, precise material handling, daily equipment checks, and teamwork to meet business needs. Competitive hourly pay with shift differential is offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate powered basic material handling equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack).
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety rules.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and cases from trucks or conveyors.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack and transport materials.
• Build pallets to match customer specifications and apply shrink wrap as needed.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and participate in routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate storage locations and assist with cycle counts and inventory tasks.
• Follow OSHA safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.
