Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to perform intermediate arithmetic (decimals, fractions, ratios).
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Willing to work overtime and maintain good attendance.
• Ability to perform all functions with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trailers in a safe manner.
• Material grading.
• Monitor bale weights.

• Maintain knowledge of operations across production areas.
