Job summary

Branch 57 is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Wisconsin. You will safely operate sit-down, stand-up, reach, or cherry picker forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials, while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Valid forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach, or cherry picker forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Stack, store, and organize pallets in designated locations.
• Pick and stage orders for shipping.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
